Voters in the City of Atlanta can download a request for  an absentee ballot on line at http://sos.georgia.gov/elections/voting_information.htm#Absentee_Voting for the runoff on December 1. 

Contested races are as follows:

Mayor:  Mary Norwood vs Kasim Reed

City Council President:  Ceasar Mitchell vs Clair Muller

Post 2 At Large:  Amir Farokhi vs Aaron Watson
